Name Servers simply request your current registrar or
web hosting provider to change your name server to:
i.e. ns1.bverify.com and ns2.bverify.com
The actual DNS
will be listed in your welcome Email.
Choose this method if, we don't
register the domain you have.
i.e. we register dot com's dot net, etc. If you have
another extension (com, net), change the name server
to us and take advantage of our competitive, award-winning
web hosting.

FAQ for Name Server
Q: Will I have to upload my files to this server
A: Yes! So be sure to backup your current files on your old
server and upload them to your new one here at LessHost.com.
This way you will ensure NO downtime. Note:
You will be able to access your server / control panel and
upload your files after picking a web hosting plan.
Q: Will my domain be down during the transfer?
A: Very unlikely if you follow these steps:
- Pick a web hosting plan
- Upload all the files that are on your server to ours.
- Change Name Server name with your registrar or current
web hosting provider.
As soon as the name server change takes place, 48 hours (usually
less), your domain will be accessible and changes visible
in the WHOIS database. This is normal Internet propagation
time.

registrar transfer from us. We simply look up to domain

confirms they want the domain to be registered to us.

The process of transferring a domain is really quite
simple but involves a few steps (see below): |
Be sure your domain meets the following requirements (only
for registrar transfer :. not name server change):

A domain can't be transferred
until 60 days of being registered at or transferred to the
current registrar. |

As an eMail will be sent to
verify the transfer, please update the administrative contact
of the domain with your current registrar. |

We strongly suggest that you
transfer your domain at least 30 days prior
to it's expiration date. |
As soon as you've initiated the transfer, we look up the current
WHOIS information and send an eMail to the current administrative
contact of the domain requesting authorization for the transfer.
Upon verifying the current administrative contact, the transfer
is requested to the Registry. The transfer may fail if the current
registrar declines the authorization. An E-mail explaining this
condition will be sent to you at the current administrative contact.
If the transfer succeeds (it takes usually a few days from the
receipt of the authorization), the domain is activated in and created
with the information retrieved from WHOIS. We will send you the
confirmation along with the domain registration fee of $9.95.
Due to the many steps involved in a registrar transfer we makes
no warranty that your domain transfer will be completed in certain
time period. The transfer adds one year to the
current expiration date, regardless of the date of the transfer.
Although domains are setup right away, it may take up to 48 hours
to for the domain's whois record to settle. This is normal internet
propagation time.
