2 ways to check eMail :. Web based eMail (similar to hotmail) or configure your mail client (POP3)


1. Web Based eMail

or Copy & Paste: http://www.YourDomainHere.com/squirrelmail/src/login.php
Login in and read / write eMail

or read / write eMail using a mail client

2. Check eMail via MS Outlook or a similar mail client
Note Although the tutorial below is configured for MS Outlook Express, the setup will be the same in all mail clients

1. Find your eMail client from the start menu

2. From the file menu go to Tools > Accounts

3. Click on the Mail Tab

4. Click on Add > Mail

5. Choose name

add eMail address

Configure Pop3 settings
Incoming Mail server is: mail.YourDomain.com
Outgoing mail server is: mail.YourDomain.com

Note Replace YourDomain with Your Domain

Configure account name and password as created by the admin.
Next > Finish :. The mail account has been configured with your mail client.

In order to read the eMail in the mail client, your server requires authentication.
Click on Properties

Click on the Servers Tab

Check the box (My Server Requires authentication) and click ok

You have successfully configured MS Outlook / Your Mail Client
