Features A quick start guide to your Site Admin Control Panel (CP)
   
 

Quick Background information

The site admin (owner of the domain and webhosting service) manages users and site configuration

The site admin manages every aspect of the website.

When you add an eMail account i.e. CustomerService@YourSite.com, CustomerService is now a user

Although not required, CustomerService@YourSite.com can now access the user admin CP. CustomerService's web address is now http://www.YourSiteHere.com/customerservice/ This allows CustomerService to have their own address and support your site as their permissions allow.

If CustomerService@YourSite.com is just another eMail you created, you do not have to login into the user CP. The user CP is just to allow you to have multiple users. This feature allows our customers to have more flexibility and freedom.
